Décor Consultant

Opportunities exist across Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane and Adelaide:

  • Flexible hours of work – you select your availability to attend appointments.
  • Uncapped earning potential – be remunerated for every sale that you make (current top performers are earning over $140k per annum).
  • Sales Support – have all leads booked and appointments scheduled for you within the times that you are available, whilst your converted sales are managed by the Victory Customer Contact Centre.
  • Selling Tools – utilize the Victory sampling program to introduce product solutions via in-home and video consultations.
  • Training Support – commence your career with Victory through a fully paid training program.
  • Autonomy – make this role your own with the comfort and support of guidance from experienced Sales Leadership.

Core responsibilities of the role include the following:

  • The conversion of warm/hot customer leads into sales.
  • Representation of all core product categories via in-home and video customer consultations.
  • The achievement of sales conversion and average basket value targets.
  • Attendance at ongoing training programs to ensure you are able to maximize results with all products from the Victory product range.
  • Ongoing and regular communication with the Sales Leadership, Sales Support and Customer Contact Teams.
  • Experience with in-home selling models and/or the window furnishings industry (not essential yet desired).
  • Established selling skills that are able to help guide customers throughout a product selection process.
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient and effective skills in time management.
  • Through an opportunistic mindset, the ability to learn new products with intention to convert sales.
  • A reliable vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
