However, we believe that your standards are just as important. For this reason, Victory are dedicated to your complete satisfaction throughout the consultation, installation and maintenance process. Our exclusive warranty features a 10 Year Warranty* on vertical tracks and 5 Year Warranty* on all componentry (fabrics are covered by manufacturer’s warranty). This gives you total peace of mind, that goes hand in hand with our superior service and the knowledge that your curtains and blinds are of the highest quality. That’s the Victory way.
Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn’t end at installation. In the unlikely event you have a problem with the product, or should you require any assistance, advice or maintenance information over the lifetime of your curtains and blinds, please refer to Instructions, tips and care or call our service department.
To register and activate your warranty, complete the online Warranty Registration Form . This will enable us to keep you up to date with new products, hints and ideas as well as receiving your valuable feedback, which will help us to continually improve our service to you.
Parts
Victory products are covered by manufacturer’s warranties. This warranty covers most parts.
Service/ Repair Fees
In cases where a Victory technician is requested to collect, work on site or reinstall blinds, technical and service call charges will apply, (after the first 12 months of installation). These charges will need to be settled at time of service. Service calls carry a minimum call out fee & will be charged at intervals of every 15 minutes. Alternatively you can choose to deliver the products to your nearest branch yourself to avoid these fees.
To the extent provided by the law, the following items are not covered under warranty:
1) Any transfer of ownership: as it is only valid to the original purchaser.
2) Claims which are not accompanied with a proof of purchase.
3) Products which have not been fully paid in full and on time, warranty is null and void.
4) Warranty registration will not be activated until the warranty registration form is completed.
5) Control cords.
6) Self installed products.
7) Installation and servicing of any products higher than 3 metres, any such requests are subject to charges. relating to access e.g. scaffolding, extension ladders, scissor lifts etc.
8) Products which have not been used for their intended use only.
9) Fading (or damage due to solar radiation).
10) Fabric colours may vary slightly between dye batches, swatch samples shown are only a guide.
11) Unless paid in full and on time, title of goods will not transfer to the purchaser.
12) In areas where no service is available goods must be returned to your nearest branch by the purchaser.
13) Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, conventional wear and tear, storm, tempest, earthquake, lightning, fires, explosion, implosion, failure or movement of supporting structures, falling objects or other mechanical impact or other outside causes.
14) Installations subject to salt spray or marine influences, severe industrial or corrosive environments.
15) The product, if it is removed or reinstalled.
16) Normal shrinkage, fungal or algae growth due to a build up of surface dirt, grim, leaves or bird matter. Damage due to scrubbing or the use of non prescribed cleaning agents and contact with lead, copper, or water runoff from same.
17) Blinds and awnings which are rolled up wet.
18) The presence of fabric knots due to the nature of the material.
19) Warpage due to high humidity.
20) Oversized blinds: (this includes any product that is made outside our recommended guidelines & specifications).
21) Stock blinds are not covered by warranty.
22) Manufacturer's warranties will apply.
Victory Curtains & Blinds reserves the right for any decisions to be final.

Due to our policy of continual product improvement, some products may not be available in all areas or at certain times. Victory warrants to the customer of its products that, in conventional use, if any part thereof proves to be defective in workmanship or material (not withstanding anything contained within our standard Conditions of Sale), the following warranties will apply: Vertical tracks 10 year component warranty and all other products a 5 year component warranty. Fabrics are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. All goods must be delivered to your nearest branch by the purchaser.
