Instructions:
Twist the wand to tilt the slats. If you need to raise the blinds, release the bottom clips (where fitted) by bending them back slightly (they are designed to do this). Pull the slats up straight in the open position with the cord, which will lock off. Pull cords to the centre to release and lower the blinds. Make sure blinds are in the open position.

Care:
To keep your Victory Venetian Blinds clean, you just need to dust them regularly with a feather duster. Should your windows require cleaning, your blinds can be easily removed using the simple spring release in the fixing brackets.
