Victory Curtains and Blinds are proud to announce that we've won the prestigious 2008 Australian Achiever Award for: Melbourne's Building Designers, Decorators and Architects Category.
We are so proud to have won this category again, having won it previously in 1999, 2004 and 2005. We feel we have made this category our own and hope to continue with the same success in years to come.
Now it's in it's eleventh year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a business' own customers - so it all comes down to how we treat out customers and I think winning this award shows the incredible value we place on getting our customer service right.
The award system focuses on seven criteria, each scored separately, namely:
- Time related service
- Addressing client needs
- Care and attention
- Value
- Attitude
- Communication
- Overall perception
The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
Victory Curtains and Blinds achieved an incredible 98.31% overall score for Customer service and relations, topping all other Melbourne Building Designers, Decorators and Architects businesses.
The BRW Fast 100 documents the rapid rise of young, aggressive entrepreneurial companies. It ranks a wide range of companies growth rate and turnover over a 3 year period. To qualify, a company must have fewer than 200 employees.
